From Casper

The CASPER library provides parameterized DSP and glue logic blocks for developing instruments on CASPER hardware. All libraries are available from our Subversion repository via anonymous checkout. Different versions of Xilinx System Generator require different versions of the libraries. So for XSG version X.Y, you should download the mlib_devel_X_Y directory.
